Dr. Milner is a licensed psychologist and attorney in private practice in Seattle. She is a trained mediator and collaborative law practitioner. Dr. Milner provides mediations for divorce, paternity, third party custody, relocation and modification cases as well as disputed issues arising from existing Parenting Plans. She provides clinical and forensic evaluations, both civil and criminal, in the following areas:
